For the first time this season, DialIdol is too chicken to predict anyone totally safe, even with their huge margin of error. And from what I read, Shawn and
her partner were not the judge's favorite, and judges scores are half of what determines who stays or who goes (American voter results are the other half).
Shawn has done well, but there are five couples left and one is leaving this week and one next week. Three couples will make the finals. Let's hope she
does - we need her and Maddy Curley to keep gymnasts and ex-gymnasts on prime time TV.

Ty's scores were much lower as were others. I'm going to call her safe this week - but it's going to be a fight to the finish! Lots of talent this
year!

Not sure where they got the info about Shawn not being a judge favorite. All three gave her 9's for her first dance each saying they had
to deduct a point because they broke hold too much....otherwise it would have been a perfect 30. The second dance she got 2 10's and on 9...only Gilles
finished ahead of her in the second dance. I would be surprised if she went home this week. But stranger things have happened on reality tv. :)

Speaking of prime-time, or at least televised gym stuff, I saw in passing this weekend that (I think) there is a regular tv show about young girls trying out
for gymnastics, on the ABCFamily Channel - I think it's called "Make It or Break It" or something like that ??

I missed the show last night. But I read Melissa got a perfect 30 for one of her dances?. I didn't say Shawn didn't do great, just that AOL and other
blogs say Melissa was the judge's favorite. Here is a short clip of their performance. I think Melissa - except for the week she was injured - has been
the judges and the public's recent top favorite. That French actor Gilles is probably the judge's 2nd favorite. (Though I think Keri Ann Inaba's
lust o meter goes beserk whenever he dances.) And, I think Shawn and Lil Kim are fighting it out for 3rd. Most people think that stiff moving cowboy is the
one that goes home tonight. Like someone said, stranger things have happened. .
