I don't know how unusual it is, but Mary Heidenwolf(UF '82) is a CPA in Florida and has her own practice. She is married with two children. Lynn McDonnell (UF '84) is now a doctor in Pensacola, I think. She is married, but I don't know about kids. Kathy Gordon(UF '82) is also married and working in the Tampa Bay area in the medical/therapy field. Ann Woods(UF '82) has a business in NJ and was named of the 6 Florida athletes to the SEC 75 last year.
Melissa Miller--also from Florida, in the late 80s or 90s was a commentator for gymnastics for the SEC several years ago. Lori Strong--from GA--also does that.

And how could you leave out Bart Conner from the 1984 gold medal team?? His exploits since then are many and varied: he has done movies, TV, owns a gym in Norman, OK, commentates for ESPN on gymnastics and is part of the team behind the Skating and Gymnastics event that has featured Olympians like Nadia Comaneci, Kim Zmeskel, Shannon Miller, and more recently Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson. He is married to Nadia and they have a son, Dylan. He has also been a spokesman for an arthritis drug(I'm awfully afraid it was Vioxx) and York heating and cooling systems.
