of course the "bye before" gives the advantage of finishing during the last rotation so you "know what you have to do", and not being the first team up on any event has to be an advantage with score inflation through the evening that even at Nationals, tends to happen.  So I agree that the afternoon session definitely got the best overall draw.
Yes, that last rotation of the Super Six has gone sky high over the years. So many 9.95 and above scores that would have been lower earlier in the meet.
