I would expect her to pick a young staff - why would she want an assistant with a ton more experience that she had and have that "the rolls should be reversed" ever enter anyone's mind.  No idea how good a coach this guy is - but he won't eclipse her and won't interview with her authority.  She will have enough trouble managing the Suzanne factor - even if it is only from the  view of outsiders. I expect another no-name announcement - or something from far left field - like McCool - and the together again spectre.  But then what would McCool's husband do? Of course, that's another problem with husband and wife coaching staffs.  I would think a lot of programs would be reluntant to higher them as assistants, because if they leave you lose your whole staff.  So I predict a leap to head coaching for them - unless he does something else.
