I'll be at conference in SLC beginning of April. What do you suggest to do or where to go for evening meal. Anyone know about the Little America Hotel?

Any suggestions are welcome as I've never been to SLC before. Usually I'm on top of what I want to do and see but this time I'm at a total loss.
