Registered Member Posts: 130 02/07/12 09:00 AM	Individual gymnasts, events and team scores all change with RQS scoring after there have been a minimum of 6 meets, three of which have to be Away meets. for most teams this will happen around the weekend of the 24th of February. The majority of teams will, by that time, have 6 meets under their belts and most will have had at least 3 away meets.

Registered Member Posts: 6399 02/07/12 10:10 AM Double Layout Punch Front	If schools or gymnasts don't have the required number of meets, it simply won't show up. Remember the rankings posted are from a modified excel program. First the school's coach has to enter scores after a meet by Sunday night. The chart automatically sorts it from high to low, and voila... you have the rankings. If they don't enter the scores, it won't show up until after they are entered and the scores are recalculated the following Sunday Night.

Registered Member Posts: 13 02/07/12 11:34 AM	Of the top 50+ teams, only North Carolina will not have an RQS on February 27th when the first rankings based on RQS are released. Many individuals will drop out of the rankings, especially all-arounders, since they will not have the required event scores (6+ total, 3+ away).

To obtain the regional qualifying score (RQS), the high score is eliminated and the remaining five scores are averaged.
